Today, 31 March 2020: H.E. Dr. Hage Geingob in his capacity as Commander-In-Chief of the Namibian Defence Force and by virtue of the power vested in him by Article 32 (4) (c) (aa) and Article 116 (1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Namibia as amended, President Hage G. Geingob conferred on Air Vice Marshal Martin Kambulu Pinehas, the substantive rank of Air Marshal and in the same vein, appointed him as Chief of the Namibian Defence Force with effect from 01 April 2020......
